It is said that in the past, even when Gaia protected this land, that she chose some young girls around the world to receive part of her powers, and helps her to protect the land and the life that men gradually corrupted

These young women, they were called witches, and were given powers according to their aptitude, and these powers were part of the control of one of the four primordial elements of nature, that power, was passed down from generation to generation, from mother to daughter, always aiming protect the land and life

But, it is believed that at some point, a generation went astray, and began to use their powers for their own benefit, causing terror in the lands of those who defied them. People began to fear and hunt down these young women.

Scarlet, the fire witch, of that generation, tried to stop her sisters, but she was defeated and celebrated in the "empty world", a place where there was no time, death, nor life, a place where they believed that the greatest fears lived of humanity.

However, in his last moments, Scarlet asked for help from Gaia, who, seeing what his creations became, cursed them, trapping their bodies separate from their souls, diminishing the power they had over the earth.

The people, seeing the "sacrifice" of Scarlet, began to worship it for who knows so, somehow, it could descend in peace in the "empty world".

However, a few months ago, the forests became haunted. The winds started to bring diseases, and the water, which was once pure, started to be bitter, and to kill those who drank it.

Somehow, witches have regained power over the land, people are dying, and the dead are rising, perhaps this is the sign that dark times are knocking on our door again.

Dora, Candy's older sister, is dying, victim of the plague that plagues these lands, and while Candy is praying for her sister, she receives a strange visit, which gives her the powers of Scarlet, and encourages her to go after the witches , so to end once and for all the witches.
